To rebuild, I worked with world-class voice teachers, body coaches, and breathwork instructors. Through consistent training and nutrition, I regained my energy — and over time, I added real size and strength. That physical change didn’t just transform how I looked; it completely changed the way I sing and carry myself on stage. Today I perform with more power, stamina, and confidence than ever before.
