Composer

Besides being a succesful tenor in opera and concert repertoire, Linard Vrielink also is an active composer.  Vrielink's musical journey began with a strong foundation in piano, which he developed from a young age. His education included piano, harmony, improvisation, and music theory under the guidance of Alejandro Serena Llinares. 

Combining both his vocal education and his all round musical education, Vrielink has become a composer, focusing on vocal music and neo-classical sound ideals.

In May 2023, Vrielink released his debut CD, "Moments of Vision," in collaboration with Decurio Labels. This CD features a cycle of a capella music for a male quartet, blending traditional choir music with operatic voices. The work showcases a variety of languages, harmonics, and dynamics. 

Linard Vrielink's unique combination of vocal and instrumental skills, coupled with his compositional work, has made him a notable figure in contemporary classical and vocal music.
